以下のフォルダを空っぽにするだけです。
C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\Local Settings\History
C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\最近使ったファイル
C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\Temp\
VistaやWindows7の場合
C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History
C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Local\Temp
